Taikee Golf – Official Sweepstakes Rules – Gamble Sands Resort September 8-11, 2026
This Taikee Golf Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States of America (“United States”, “USA”, or “US”). Residents of Florida and New York are not eligible. This Sweepstakes shall be subject to and held in accordance with all applicable laws of the United States, as well as any applicable state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you do not have primary residence in the USA or are otherwise ineligible to enter pursuant to these Official Rules at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Period:
The entry period for this Sweepstakes opens on January 28, 2026, and will close no later than May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (“Closing Date”). The Closing Date may be adjusted to earlier than May 31, 2026, if the maximum entry limit (1,500) is reached prior to that date. The winner will be selected and announced on June 3, 2026, on Instagram Live.
Sweepstakes Prize
Golf Adventure for 4 people at Gamble Sands Resort in Brewster, Washington, including:
- 3 Nights lodging for 4 at the Inn at Gamble Sands from September 8-11, 2026
- 1 round of golf for 4 on September 9 at the Gamble Sands course*
- 1 round of golf for 4 on September 10 at the Scarecrow course*
- 2 rounds of golf for 4 (September 9 &10) on the Quicksands course (14-hole short course) *
- $6,000 in Gift Cards that can be used for travel, meals, and other expenses
- $1,000 in Pro Shop Credit at the Gamble Sands Resort
- 4 Dozen Titleist Pro V Golf balls
* Tee times for all rounds of golf have been pre-booked on the above dates.
The verifiable retail value of the Sweepstakes Prize is estimated at $20,000. The Sweepstakes winner shall be responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes that may be owed due to their winning and acceptance of the Prize. The Sponsor does not provide any tax advice, and the winner is encouraged to consult with their own tax advisor.
Odds of Winning
This Sweepstakes will be limited to 1,500 total entries, and there will be one (1) winner selected. The odds of winning this Sweepstakes will be 1 in 1,500 for each individual entry.
How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes entries can be obtained by purchase or by free as explained in the options below. The Sweepstakes will be limited to the first 1,500 entries received, whether by purchase or free entry. All purchased and free entries will be assigned unique entry numbers.
Purchased Entry:
Entries can be purchased at the Taikee Golf website (www.taikeegolf.com). The more entries you purchase, the greater your chances of winning. Discounts may apply when you purchase entries in bundles. Entries can be purchased individually or in bundles of 5 and 10, and additional free entries may be given when entries are purchased in bundles.
AMOE
You may also enter without any obligation of purchasing entries. A free entry is obtained by hand printing your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and the Sweepstakes name (Gamble Sands September 8-11, 2026) and Closing Date (May 31, 2026) on a 3″ X 5″ piece of paper, and mailing it via first class mail, postage prepaid, in a #10 envelope to the Taikee Golf address below. No more than one (1) free entry for this Sweepstakes will be accepted per individual. The envelope should be addressed with the specific Sweepstakes name and the Taikee Golf address as follows:

By properly submitting a mail-in entry, you will receive one (1) free entry into the Sweepstakes indicated on your submission. Mail-in entries must be handwritten in blue ink. Mail-in entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submitting a mail-in entry is not proof of actual receipt by Sponsor. Taikee Golf is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, torn, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, all of which will be grounds for disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per individual per Sweepstakes. All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by Taikee Golf no later than the Sweepstakes’ Closing Date.
Entry Tracking - Winner Selection – Winner Notification and Acceptance
Each purchased and verified free entry will be assigned a unique number and logged in a detailed tracking spreadsheet. All entries will be compiled for a randomized drawing. Each numbered entry will have a corresponding logoed poker chip that is marked with the same unique number on the back side of the chip. The winner will be selected using a blind drawing of one of the poker chips from all combined poker chips mixed together. The drawing will be conducted and streamed live, and results can be verified through the platform’s published data. The live stream of the drawing will take place on Instagram Live via the Taikee Golf Instagram account on June 3, 2026. The actual time of the drawing will be posted on the Taikee Golf website at least 24 hours prior to the drawing. You do not need to be present or watching live to win.
The winner will be contacted directly via email and a personal phone call after the drawing and will have 3 days to respond to Taikee Golf to accept the Prize. If the selected winner does not respond and/or accept the Prize within that timeframe, a new drawing will be conducted from the original entries, and a new winner will be drawn. After acceptance of the Prize, the winner will have until July 31, 2026, to provide Taikee Golf with the names of the other three guests. Prize items and information will be shipped using a trackable source 2 weeks after the drawing date. Winner and winner’s guests shall be responsible for making and paying for any travel arrangements necessary for traveling to and from Gamble Sands Resort. Winner will provide a Taikee Golf Representative with the travel plans for all 4 individuals at least 45 days prior to the check in date.
Additional Terms
This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents only (excluding Florida and New York), age 18 or older. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The total number of entries (purchased and free) will be limited to 1,500. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Any duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Employees and representatives of Taikee Golf and their family members are not eligible to win. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok or any of the brands included in the prize package.
Identification of Winner
You may request the name of the winner or winners by sending a request entitled “Name of Winners” and a self-addressed stamped #10 envelope to: Taikee Golf, Attn: Sweepstakes Entries, 3351 West Sunny Acres Drive, Riverton, Utah 84065.
Additional General Terms, Conditions, and Limitation of Liability
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS WELL AS THE SWEEPSTAKES SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDISTIONS STATED ABOVE:
(1) YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE ENTIRE OFFICIAL RULES, LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES;
(2) YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS;
(3) YOU AGREE THAT YOUR NAME AND/OR LIKENESSES MAY BE DISCLOSED TO AND USED BY THE NEWS MEDIA AND MAY OTHERWISE BE USED BY TAIKEE GOLF FOR PUBLICITY PURPOSES;
(4) YOU AGREE THAT ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS THAT MAY APPLY;
(5) YOU AGREE TO RESPECT AND TREAT THE PRIZE LODGING FACILITIES, GOLF EQUIPMENT, GOLF COURSES, ANY AND ALL PROPERTY AT THE RESORT WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND REASONABLE CARE;
(6) YOU AGREE THAT TAIKEE GOLF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNRULY MISCONDUCT OR MISBEHAVIOR BY WINNER AND/OR WINNER’S GUESTS WHILE ON THE PRIZE TRIP, AND THAT TAIKEE GOLF WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO GOLF COURSE PROPERTY, LODGING PROPERTY, OR OTHER PROPERTY BY WINNER AND/OR WINNER’S GUESTS WHILE ON THE TRIP;
(7) YOU AGREE THAT BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, WINNER AND WINNER’S GUESTS WILL RELEASE THE SPONSOR FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE PACKAGE, AND THE WINNER AND WINNER’S GUESTS AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE SPONSOR HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, RELATING TO, OR AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE WINNER'S ACCEPTANCE AND/OR USE OF THE PRIZE PACKAGE.
(8) YOU AGREE THAT ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU HAVE WON OR WILL WIN THE PRIZE(S).
